At this event we learnt how to meditate, how to be more present, how to be more compassionate, and how to find time for what's important.
Most importantly, we learnt ways to just be.
Brian likes to let people know about all of the possibilities that are out there for them to grow, develop and change, and to lead a more balanced, meaningful and conscious life.
He talked about what he puts into his body to stay happy and healthy, his practices routines, and ways to stay mindful and optimistic. He also showed the audience how he buys all the food and products he needs in a zero-waste way and shared tips on how to live a more conscious life.
There was also movement and meditation sessions to bring the mind into the body and integrate the information shared.
