ABOUT SILENT DISCO CLEAN UP. WHAT IS IT?

The first hour we dedicate to the natural environment around us. While listening to upbeat or relaxing music (you can switch between 2 music channels), we are going to clean up the Oratia and Opanukuk streams, parks, and backstreets of Henderson.

The second part of the journey we dedicate to ourselves, our inner worlds, as we seek connection through the guided 30min meditation by Brian Berneman.

So this gathering becomes an urban cleanse ritual, so we get ready to welcome 2021 with a fresh mind, open heart, and aligned spirits.
