During this event we’ll learn about the different types of food that are important to have on our diets, how our habits impact our wellbeing, the routines and practices that will help us feel better and fresh.

Alright you cool conscious people - let's try to reduce our event footprint by carpooling! Use the Facebook event page to tell us if you intend to drive, and where from, and perhaps others in your area can join you!
Note that there is some parking at the premises using Parkable. Also, there is street parking, but being Ponsonby, make sure that you leave enough time to find a spot on the street.
